How do I shop on Fountain of Being?
Simply browse using the categories or search. Add items to your shopping cart by selecting the green shopping trolly icon or by selecting add to cart. Once you're ready to checkout, select your shopping cart (top right) and choose checkout. Follow the checkout steps to finalise your order, it's that simple!
How can I pay?
PayPal: Fountain of Being uses Paypal as its primary method for payments. Paypal is the worlds safest and most secure way of sending money on the internet.
Credit Cards: Credit cards may be used for payment of your order. We accept Visa & MasterCard. All credit card payments are processed by PayPal and are encrypted at all times. We do not store your credit card details on our database and we are PCI compliant.

Firstly, use the search at the top right of the site. It's good to be very general with your search. For example if you're looking for 'organic wild oil of oregano' simply type in 'oregano'. If you don't have any luck in finding the product you're after, please contact us and let us know what it is you're looking for. If we don't currently stock it we can definitely look into sourcing it for you.
How do I use a coupon code?
When you're ready to checkout simply select your shopping cart and select view cart. Now chooseUse coupon code. Enter in your coupon code and select apply coupon. If your coupon code is not activating properly, please contact us.
Is there any discounts for buying in bulk?
Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk purchases of an item. Some items you may find will have a quantity discount shown on the product page already. For bulk purchasing of an item with no quantity discount listed on the product page, we may still be able to offer discounts if purchasing 5 or more of the same item. Please contact us with the quantity and item you'd like to purchase in bulk.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We currently offer wholesale pricing on Michael Hallock's meditation CDs and digital downloads. If you are interested in stocking this groundbreaking meditation series in your retreat, practice or health and wellbeing store please contact us to create a wholesale account.
How much is charged for delivery?
Delivery starts from just $9.95. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the weight of your orderand your location. You can see your delivery cost before checking out by selecting your shopping cart after you've finished shopping. Now choose view cart, then select estimate shipping & taxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) will under most circumstances be dispatched the same day. For standard delivery, if you are on the east coast of Australia your order will generally arrive within 3 - 5 business days. If you are in Western Australia your order will generally arrive in 4 - 10 business days. International orders via Air Mail or Registered Post generally arrive from 5 - 10 business days.
What postal company do you use?
We use Australia Post for most deliveries. Larger items may be sent via a courier service.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what shall I do?
All orders arrive anywhere from 1-10 business days of placing your order. How long your order takes to get to you is dependant upon your location in Australia. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us. We will then proceed to contact our Australia Post representative so they can track down your order.
Can I pick-up my order?
Yes you may, please contact us if you wish to do this and we will provide you with a coupon code to checkout with.
I can't login to my account
We are aware of a bug where you may not be able to login to your account in the first step of the checkout. To solve this please login by scrolling to the top of the page and selecting login at the far top. We are looking to resolve this bug as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!
The Fountain of Being website seems broken or is not displaying correctly
If you experience any problems with the functionality of the website or it is not displaying correctly it is most likely that your browser is out of date and is not supported by our site. To fix this problem, simply update your Internet browser to the latest version by going to the official website of the browser in which you use. We highly recommend the Internet browsers Chrome and Firefox. They are at the forefront when it comes to features and technology. You may download them easily by doing a simple google search.

I have not received any email from you after placing an order or asking a question
It is possible that emails from Fountain of Being could be placed into your Junk Mail when using free email services such as Hotmail (Live), yahoo and gmail. Go to your junk mail and select the email from us. Then choose Not Junk. You can also add us to your emails contacts, safe list or whitelist to ensure you receive all emails from us in the future.
